FaxLab also allows you to test using all the capabilities of a fax device (resolutions, modulations, data rates) in a way that is not practical, or in some instances even possible, when using the actual devices.
DataProbe T30 Analyzer and DataProbe T30-T38 Analyzer provide you with fast and accurate troubleshooting of fax transmission problems allowing you to quickly get to the root cause of the problem. DataProbe T30 Analyzer isolates end-to-end transmission errors by identifying protocol violations, fax message degradation and DTMF errors that result from network transport. DataProbe T30-T38 Analyzer monitors fax calls at both analog and IP levels, compares the details of the T.30 to T.38 and back transform, and provides expert analysis of the results with error detection and tracking.
You can configure both FaxLab and DataProbe in end-to-end modes to automate communication network testing and facilitate fax protocol testing. They can also be configured for multi-node testing of as many as 32 channels of fax traffic.
