Register your company. Fill out the company and primary contact information on the Registration Form completely and accurately, in English. IMPORTANT NOTE: The Primary Contact Email Address must match your .NET Passport in order to sign Microsoft's Logo License Agreement.

Complete and sign the QualityLogic Vendor Test Agreement (VTA). Review the VTA and indicate your approval by checking the digital signature ("I approve") checkbox. This agreement is your contract with QualityLogic for the testing, and is required in order to proceed with the logo process. |

Register your product. Complete the Product Registration Form. You will receive an email with your Unique Product Identifier (UPID) for your records.

Complete the Payment Form. You may pay for logo testing online or via fax with a MasterCard or Visa credit card, or by mail with a company or cashier's check.

| 5. |
Assemble and submit your product. Assemble a final, customer-ready version of your software product. The product should be delivered to QualityLogic in the same form it is delivered to your customers.
The assembled product should also include all components necessary to completely install and operate the end product, such as a user guide, installation guide, prerequisite software, registration number, dial-in instructions, required password(s), and any proprietary or prerequisite hardware (e.g., a proprietary memory card).
Your software product and all of its associated components will be treated with the utmost security and confidentiality. Specifics of confidentiality, intellectual property rights, ownership and trademarks, as well as disposition of products and components submitted to QualityLogic for logo testing are covered in the VTA.

QualityLogic will send a confirmation email to your Primary Contact when your test submission has been received and verified. |

Receive your logo test results. Logo testing is typically completed within five (5) business days of QualityLogic's receipt of your complete package. Upon successful completion of logo testing, a Logo Test Report will be sent electronically to the individual listed as the Primary Contact on the Registration Form and Microsoft will be notified. If your product does not pass the logo testing, your Primary Contact will receive an electronic Test Failure Notification detailing the reason(s) for failure. If a failed product is resubmitted within one business day of the Test Failure Notification, the retest fee will be waived by QualityLogic. |

Sign and submit the Microsoft Mobile2Market Logo License Agreement. After you pass testing, the Test Report you receive will contain full instructions for submitting your LLA online via Microsoft Passport. |

Incorporate the Designed for Windows® Mobile Logo. After you've submitted your LLA, Microsoft will provide the individual listed as the Primary Contact on the Product Registration Form with a Logo Kit via email. You may then legally display the Designed for Windows® Mobile logo on your product, collateral and related materials. |
