Consumables Testing

QualityLogic is a member of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and fully supports the work the various committees have done in the development of standards for ink and toner yield testing. We execute ISO 19752, 24711, and 19798 for all of our yield testing and employ much of the test methodology described in these standards for our quality and reliability testing. Sub-committee 28 of ISO/IEC Joint Technical Committee 1 has done a tremendous amount of work developing standards for office equipment – from yield to print quality, productivity to longevity; these standards are endorsed by every major printer manufacturer in the world.
Yield Testing
In a maturing market there is an increasing importance of yield numbers to printer purchase decisions. Color and mono yield testing service: QualityLogic uses the world-wide recognized, approved ISO standard tests and QualityLogic’s own methodology when ISO standards are in development. ISO has developed mono and color toner and color ink standard tests.
Photo yield testing service: No ISO standard is currently released for color photo ink yield. QualityLogic’s Methodology and test pages adhere to the general approach that ISO has taken in other released and emerging yield standards.
For all yield testing you receive complete testing results that are confidential until you decide if and when to release to the public. When you do release them QualityLogic can provide additional voice as an independent authority to help you communicate your message to your customers.
